Learning, Employment & Pathway Training

The LEAPT Program is our comprehensive electrical apprenticeship initiative that provides First Nations youth with the skills, qualifications, and support needed to build successful careers in the electrical industry.

This program combines hands-on construction and electrical work with formal TAFE education, all while providing dedicated mentoring and cultural support throughout the journey.

Submit your application and meet with our team. We'll discuss your goals, background, and how our program can support your journey.

Onboarding & Induction

Complete workplace safety training, meet your mentor, and get set up with all necessary tools, equipment, and TAFE enrollment.

First Year Learning
